Gin Fizz

My first drink was the gin fizz. One sip was all it took to make me a lifelong gin drinker.

It’s made with sugar, lemon juice, and a splash club soda (or soda water), and it’s light and refreshing.

It’s very plain-looking so I recommend fancy glasses to serve it. Giving your friends a glass of gin fizz with a gold-rimmed glass will make them feel like royalty!
