The classic Tom Collins is refreshing and bright with a hint of citrus.

You will need Gin (I love Hendricks), simple syrup (or soda water), lemon juice, club soda (or soda), and sugar. Once chilled, shake it and then serve it on rocks.

How can you control your sugar intake? It’s easy. You can replace sugar with honey to add a golden taste without sacrificing sweetness.
