There’s a simple way to store fresh herbs so they last longer. If you’ve ever found half a bunch of limp, lifeless parsley in fridge, you’ll want to keep this tip in mind the next time you have leftover herbs.
Wrap fresh herbs in damp paper towel and pop them into a resealable plastic bag. Store in the crisper drawer of the fridge, and check every other day to make sure the paper towel hasn’t dried out. Herbs stored like this should be good for seven to 10 days.
