  • “Low kilojoule” recipes meet the following criteria:
    • main meal – less than 1700kJ per serving
    • light meal – less than 1200kJ per serving
    • snack, side or dessert – less than 600kJ per serving
  • “Low saturated fat” recipes meet the following criteria:
    • main meal – less than 5g per serving
    • light meal – less than 3g per serving
    • snack, side or dessert – less than 2g per serving
  • “High fibre” recipes meet the following criteria:
    • main meal – more than than 8g per serving
    • light meal – more than than 6g per serving
